Tova - The Pellet Sauna Stove

Why Pellets?

Wood pellets are made from the waste material from the manufacturing of other products. They are clean burning and provide a secondary life for that waste stream. Many stoves already are designed to heat typical homes with this heat source, but saunas primarily have wood-fired or electric heat options.

This is a novel way to sustainably step into a Finnish culture of sauna.

Our Values

In Hebrew, Tova means good. In Old Norse, it echoes strength and tradition. Across languages, it’s a word that feels familiar—clean, simple, strong.

We created TOVA because we believe in the ritual of sweat: the calm, the clarity, the clean burn. But we didn’t want cords or kindling, gimmicks or gas. We wanted fire. Efficient, elegant, and easy to use. That to say, we are building a sauna heater that lights itself, feeds itself, and heats your sauna fast—with nothing but clean-burning wood pellets.

We believe that if you can do the things you love in a sustainable way, you should take that option. Our idea is relatively new to the world of sauna and only needs you to make the better decision when it comes to how you heat your sauna - a Tova Pellet Sauna Stove.
