2. How is TOVA different from traditional wood-fired sauna stoves?

TOVA runs on wood pellets—meaning no firewood chopping, less smoke, consistent heat output, and longer burn times. It’s also designed with external controls for safety and convenience.

3. Does it feel the same as a traditional sauna?

Absolutely. TOVA produces the same rich, heat and steam ("löyly") you'd expect from a classic sauna stove. Radiant heat to heat the stones, and convection to carry the steam to you. The only difference is how much easier it is to use.

4. Can I use TOVA in an outdoor or off-grid sauna?

Yes. The Tova sauna heater is perfect for remote or off-grid use. Since it uses biomass fuel (pellets) and doesn't rely on 220/240V electricity, the wood pellet sauna stove is an ideal choice for cabins, backyards, or rural setups.

5. How long does a full hopper of pellets last?

Depending on the model and heat setting, a full hopper can provide 2–4 hours of consistent sauna heat—plenty for multiple sessions without needing to reload.

6. Is it safe?

Yes. The Tova sauna heater is designed with safety in mind—external controls reduce exposure to heat, and the combustion system is engineered for efficient and clean burning. It will be tested to meet both U.S. and European safety standards.

7. Will it be certified for use in the U.S. and Europe?
